Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the IndoJaya website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the IndoJaya website, mobile experience, or placing an order through our official Shopee/TikTok Shop storefronts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

  2. 2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. Our delivery service is currently limited to addresses within Singapore.

  3. 3. Account Registration & Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at our WhatsApp support line if you suspect unauthorized use.

  4. 4. Orders & Our Right to Refuse

    Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  5. ⚠️ IMPORTANT

    IndoJaya reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order β€” including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, suspected reseller/bulk-buying abuse of promotion, or stock unavailability. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

  6. 5. Pricing, Promotions & Product Descriptions

    Prices, vouchers, and promotions displayed on the site are subject to change without prior notice and do not apply retroactively to orders already placed. Product photos are for illustrative purposes β€” actual packaging, weight, and appearance may vary slightly between batches, as our products are sourced from small-batch producers rather than uniform factory production.

  7. 6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site β€” including text, logos, product photography, and the IndoJaya name and branding β€” is owned by or licensed to IndoJaya and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

  8. 7. Prohibited Conduct

    • Submitting fraudulent orders or payment information
    • Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the site
    • Abusing referral codes or promotional vouchers through fake accounts
    • Harassing or abusing IndoJaya staff or delivery partners

  9. 8. Limitation of Liability

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT

    To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, IndoJaya's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. IndoJaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment of a meal or event, arising from delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders.

  10. 9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of IndoJaya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

  11. 10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
